Key deliverables include:
- One (1) preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) annually.
- On-site services performed by technically qualified, factory-trained OEM personnel, adhering to OEM's current standard commercial maintenance practices.
- Coverage for service calls, travel time, labor, and OEM parts (excluding consumables).
- Thorough cleaning, calibration, adjustment, inspection, lubrication, and testing during PMIs.
- Remote software updates/services as needed. Services are to be performed at the NIH, NCI, CCR, CCR Microscopy Core, 37 Convent Drive, Building 37, Room B114, Bethesda, MD 20892, during standard business hours (9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).
