Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are preferred via email. Offerors must submit a "wet" signed and dated copy of the solicitation, including pricing and delivery date on page 2 and unit pricing on page 3. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Evaluation will be based on Factor 1: Technical Proposal and Factor 2: Cost/Price. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for award.
