This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13. • Failure to return 52.212-3 with the quote affirms the vendor's SAM registration is current, accurate, and complete.

• Delivery and Upgrade to be accomplished within five (5) business days of delivery.

• Location: Building 2210, Room E7 at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

• Arrange and execute freight transportation for the Nitrogen Generator Unit, including packaging and securing for safe transport.

• Complete removal of the failed booster assembly and installation of a new, fully compatible, and performance-optimized booster assembly that meets or exceeds original manufacturer specifications.

• Perform necessary piping work, including fabrication, installation, and testing for proper integration.

• Update all relevant engineering specification documents (schematics, diagrams, operating procedures) to reflect retrofit changes, delivered in electronic format.

• Conduct comprehensive performance testing, including nitrogen purity, flow rate, pressure, and leak testing, with detailed test results and reports provided.

• Provide certified technicians with expertise in nitrogen generation systems and high-pressure booster compressors.

• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM, with potential for adjusted hours upon CO approval.

• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations, including spill reporting and hazardous waste management procedures.

• Personnel must complete FOD/DOP training and comply with relevant Air Force instructions.

• Visitors passes and foreign national protocols must be followed.

The nitrogen generator unit will be accepted upon successful completion of:

• Fully upgraded and tested Nitrogen Generator Unit (Serial Number: 5407 H23494001).
• Updated engineering specification documents (electronic format).
• Performance testing report.
• Warranty documentation for the new booster assembly (if applicable).
• Shipping Documentation.
