- Pillar III: Capability Development and Mission Assurance Solutions should enhance mission effectiveness for DoD personnel or improve platforms, systems, components, or materials.
Contract & Timeline
This CSO outlines a three-phase competitive process. Successful companies may be awarded:
- FAR-based, fixed-price commercial contracts under 10 U.S.C. 3458 (DFARS 212.70)
- Prototype Other Transaction (OT) agreements under 10 U.S.C. 4022 Set-Aside: None specified. Published: February 25, 2026.
