- Electrical System Upgrade: Replace the existing non-compliant electrical service with a new 200 amp, 3-phase main panel. This includes repiping and refeeding electrical distribution to multiple buildings, ensuring all components comply with current electrical code.
- Roof Replacement: Remove approximately 2,863 square feet of the existing built-up roof on the historic 1937 CCC-constructed Biology Building. Install a new fleece-back membrane roofing system, complete with all required flashings, terminations, penetrations, and accessories. All work must maintain and protect the historic integrity of the structure.
