Additional Notes
- Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time at the project location.
- Contractor Responsibilities: The contractor must provide utilities (power, potable water) and portable toilet facilities, as these are not available at the site. The facility is non-smoking, with smoking only permitted in personal vehicles.
- Warranty: A special manufacturer's standard warranty for repair or replacement of geomembranes that leak or fail within 2 years from Substantial Completion is required (excluding specific damages).
- Source Limitations: Scrim reinforced EPDM liner, accessories, and seaming materials must be obtained from a single source.
