Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for the complete re-wiring of five buildings. Key tasks include:
- Removal of existing CAT 3 ethernet cables.
- Installation of new CAT 6a ethernet cables, adhering to IRTM Standards.
- Running cables through walls, ceilings, and other pathways, utilizing conduits or cable trays.
- Proper termination and punch-down of cables at patch panels, wall jacks, and connection points.
- Comprehensive Cabling Assessment & Planning, including site survey, network layout identification, and development of a detailed network map.
- Testing & Certification, providing documentation of test results, a cable map, and a labeling scheme.
- Clear labeling of all cables and updating network documentation.
- Cleanup and removal of all debris and waste materials.
- Deliverables include Network Diagrams, Port Inventory, and Cable Labeling documentation. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) includes a Cisco C9200L Switch, Meraki Wi-Fi 6 Indoor APs, Meraki mGig PoE Injectors, antennas, LTU client radios, and an MS 130 switch.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted in two separate volumes, not exceeding 15 pages (excluding cover page, appendix, and pricing volume):
- Volume I (Technical): Address technical approach, understanding of the Statement of Work (SOW), and past performance. Offerors must demonstrate satisfactory or better past performance on at least three similar projects (size, scope, complexity) within the last three years.
- Volume II (Price): Include the cost of requested services. Quotes will be evaluated based on:

- Price Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, representing the best value. Non-pricing features are considered more important than price.
