Scope of Work

NMJRO facility located at 1712 St. Michaels Dr., Santa Fe, NM. Key tasks include trash removal, floor care, bathroom cleaning and restocking, breakroom cleaning, and carpet stain removal. The contractor is also responsible for stocking and ordering supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and batteries for dispensers. Two staff members are required Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility & Local Preference
This opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. A significant preference is given to local firms within the declared disaster/emergency counties of New Mexico (Lincoln, Dona Ana, Otero, and Mescalero Reservation) in accordance with the Robert T. Stafford and Local Community Recovery Act of 2006. A 10 percent factor will be added to the price of offers not residing or primarily doing business in these areas. Offerors must provide evidence to affirm their local business status, considering factors such as physical office location, state licenses, and percentage of gross revenues from the area. Personnel must be U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents and pass FEMA background/vetting processes.
