- Meals: Preparation and serving of breakfast and dinner for 50 cadets, with accommodations for 5-8 vegetarian meals.
- Facilities: Provision of dedicated training facilities, classrooms, and sanitation services.
- Personnel: Provision of TLAs for night security and oversight (minimum two TLAs from 2100 to 0600 daily).
- Support: Daily room cleaning, miscellaneous support (copier access, ice, mailing services).
