Scope of Work

This procurement requires the provision of:

  • Two (2) fully operational Metis DRS 2020 DCS large-format table scanners.
  • Scanners must be high-precision, overhead, non-contact imaging systems capable of handling fragile, oversized documents (minimum scanning table size: 78 x 47 inches) with a vacuum table.
  • Specific technical requirements include a 16K CMOS sensor, 1600 PPI optical resolution, controlled LED lighting, and compliance with FADGI Three-Star conformance levels and 36 CFR 1236 Subpart E for archival-grade fidelity.
  • Core scanning and post-processing software with features like lighting correction, color/geometric normalization, image stitching, and metadata embedding.
  • IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Support Services.
  • On-site installation by OEM-authorized technicians, full system calibration, and OEM-authorized on-site training for NMMR personnel.
  • A minimum three-year extended warranty covering hardware, software, and calibration.
  • Comprehensive preventative (1-2 on-site visits/year) and corrective maintenance services with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Evaluation

Additional Notes

Quotes must be valid for 60 days. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this RFQ. This is a Brand Name Mandatory requirement for Metis DRS 2020 DCS scanners.
