Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for:

  • Curriculum Development: Creating comprehensive, editable course materials for Rope Rescue and Trench Rescue (Awareness, Operations, Technician levels). Materials must be tailored to the Mexican context, provided in Spanish, and in editable Microsoft Office formats. USNORTHCOM will retain full data rights.
  • Training Delivery: Providing in-person training in Spanish for Rope Rescue and Trench Rescue Operations, Technician, Train-the-Trainer, and CENAPRED-Instructor-Led courses. Awareness courses will be developed for virtual hosting by CENAPRED.
  • Equipment Provision: Supplying all necessary equipment for Rope Rescue courses.
  • Locations: Training and curriculum development conferences will take place in Mexico City, Mexico, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and ENAPROC.
  • Personnel Requirements: Instructors must be NFPA Technician certified in their respective rescue disciplines and professionally fluent in Spanish.
