• Place of Performance: Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit - Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), New Mexico.

• Period of Performance: Flexible, allowing for short-term (13 weeks), long-term (1-year), and intermittent support.
