Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure CAMFIL HEPA FILTER. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413, with a size standard of 500 employees. The procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• The government will award to the technically acceptable item or combination of items that result in the lowest aggregate price.

• Vendors must clearly indicate their capability to meet all specifications and requirements.

• The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price type.
