Scope of Work

Key components include a Closure Pan Assembly, Support Collar, Dewatering System, Level Indication System, Camera and Light Housings, and a Lifting Liner Bail Assembly. Materials must be primarily stainless steel and corrosion-resistant, with specific prohibitions against cadmium plating, brass/bronze components, and mercury. Coating systems must be non-hazardous, with specific color prohibitions. The LPRCTs will be delivered to Energy Solutions' Barnwell Logistics facility in Barnwell, South Carolina, and stored for up to 48 months.
Deliverables & Requirements
Bidders must provide a Technical Capabilities Statement (N4215826QC011 Enclosure (1)) certifying that their quoted items meet all specified capabilities, features, and specifications, including the Mercury Free Clause. Required data deliverables include a Certificate of Compliance (CDRL A001) and Test/Inspection Reports (CDRL A002), both to be submitted prior to delivery of the catch tanks in PDF format via email. The fabrication process requires hydrostatic, pneumatic, and load testing, along with visual and magnetic particle inspections. Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 332420 (Small Business Size Standard: 750 employees). The award will be made to the technically acceptable item or combination of items that results in the lowest aggregate price. Vendors must submit supporting technical capability information separate from their price quote. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days. The Government reserves the right not to compete this effort based on responses.
