Purpose & Scope

- Developing and airing a :30 generic hiring commercial for July, September, and October 2026.
- Producing a summary of activity within 10 business days post-career fair.
- Creating personalized messages and commercials for TV and Audio using platforms like Cameo.com.
- Implementing TV advertising on multiple Cable TV and News channels, targeting skilled maritime trades, with on-screen Calls to Action.
- Utilizing radio advertising across multiple stations to reach target demographics.
- Executing targeted social media ads (Facebook, Instagram) monthly, using Geo-Fencing in designated geographic areas (Hampton Roads, Central Virginia, Outer Banks NC).
- Providing streaming ads 24/7 via contractor website/mobile app and mass reach platforms (Spotify, iHeart Radio), targeting ages 25-40 within a 20-county area.
