Evaluation & Award
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, using a trade-off process. The Non-Price Technical Solution (Technical Approach and Past Performance) is significantly more important than price. However, if non-price factors are equal, price becomes more important. The Government may award to other than the lowest-priced or highest-rated technical offeror if it determines best value. Key evaluation factors include:
