Scope of Work

- Regular gardening, irrigation, and groundskeeping maintenance.
- Maintaining the appearance of grass, garden areas, trees, and landscape elements.
- Specific pruning and maintenance for various desert plants, native grasses, and groundcovers.
- Grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, paved surface treatment, and soil repair.
- Watering, fertilizing, and pest/disease control.
- General cleaning services for gardens, paved areas, and furniture.
- Providing all necessary coordination, supervision, materials, tools, consumables, and PPE.
- Adherence to The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services (GS-42) and use of LEED v4.1 O+M EQ Prerequisite compliant products.
