Scope of Work
The required services include a comprehensive maintenance agreement for the specified FACSAria Fusion 4 Laser System. Key deliverables are:
- Two (2) on-site Preventive Maintenance inspections per twelve-month period, including PM kits.
- Full system diagnostic using BD Exclusive software and critical part exchange.
- Unlimited breakdown calls, priority response, and access to expert applications and technology support (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm).
- Service from OEM trained and qualified field service engineers.
- Unlimited Replacement service parts under the full care agreement; limited care parts for repairs (excluding consumables).
- Software Revisions released during the agreement term.
- Unlimited service visits, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Unlimited telephone support for instruments, reagents, and applications.
- 48-hour guaranteed response for emergency on-site service (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). The delivery location is NIH/NIA, 251 Bayview Blvd STE 200, Baltimore MD 21224.
