The analytical workflow encompasses automated sample preparation, high-resolution mass spectrometry, advanced compound identification, metabolite extraction, profiling, identification, annotation, quantification, data normalization, quality control, batch correction, and delivery of raw/processed datasets. The use of the Metabolon platform is critical for scientific continuity to avoid batch effects and ensure longitudinal integration.
