- Annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair support.
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including physical inspection, testing, system functionality analysis, software updates, diagnosis, and repairs.
- Instrument integration, peripheral updates/replacements, and telephone support.
- Furnishing non-consumable replacement parts.
- Unlimited live telephone technical support, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
Performance Standards
- Equipment calibration must be completed within 10 working days with 95% accuracy.
- Repairs must be completed with 95% accuracy and within 98% of the time.
- Technical support must be provided within one (1) business day for each equipment system upon failure.
- The contractor must maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
