  • Equipment calibration must be completed within 10 working days with 95% accuracy.
  • Repairs must be completed with 95% accuracy and within 98% of the time.
  • Technical support must be provided within one (1) business day for each equipment system upon failure.
  • The contractor must maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
