The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86044, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Biomerieux Incorporated (Inc) UEI No.: CNVCMEG9NL6 for services – Biofire Torch Base Extended Warranty as required by the Laboratory Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Biomerieux Inc in accordance with RFO 12.102 for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisitions threshold. The award will have a base year plus four (4) option years. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. The base period of performance will be date of award to 12/31/2026.
