The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Nolin River Lake Hoist Replacement. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to complete the work listed in the specifications to replace the hoist at NolinRiver Lake in Edmonson County, Kentucky. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment. Prices should include mobilization and de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment. Thecontractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance withthe contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications, drawings, and all other terms and conditionsincorporated herein.
