- Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): 109 days after physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility, as reflected in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system.
- Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a monthly throughput constraint for assets to be repaired.
- Packaging & Marking: Shall be in accordance with best standard commercial packaging for overseas shipment. Items must be shipped by traceable means.
- Inspection: Government source inspection is required.
- Beyond Economical Repair (BER) / Beyond Repair (BR) Procedures: Specific notification and authorization process involving DCMA Quality Assurance Representative (QAR), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and NAVSUP WSS Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) before scrapping or cannibalizing items.
