  • Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a monthly throughput constraint for assets to be repaired.
  • Packaging & Marking: Shall be in accordance with best standard commercial packaging for overseas shipment. Items must be shipped by traceable means.
  • Inspection: Government source inspection is required.
