Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted via email to both Patrick.Crile@usmc.mil and Ryan.D.LaLonde.mil@usmc.mil. Required bid information includes the IFB Number, Company Name, Contact Information, Authorized Representative, Price per pound, and a statement of acceptance of the Sale Terms and Conditions. Bids will be reviewed/opened on the award date. The sales agreement will be awarded to the bidder offering the highest price per pound and/or the bidder who can execute the agreement in full. Late submissions will not be accepted, and bids missing required information or illegible bids may be rejected.
Important Notes
Bidders are strongly recommended to inspect the material prior to submitting a bid; inspections require an appointment. Payment must be made via cashier's check or certified check, payable to the "U.S. Department of Treasury," before removal of items. Removal must occur within 14 days of the award date. Detailed base access requirements, including driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance, apply. The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time.
