Scope of Work

The flow meter must be calibrated according to manufacturer specifications or at least annually. Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Quotes must be valid for 60 calendar days after submission. The response shall consist of a Price Quotation, Technical Approach, and Fill-In Clauses/Provisions. Technical Capability will be evaluated based on a plan describing how the vendor will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need (SoN) and Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes will be evaluated as technically acceptable or unacceptable. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The Government intends to award a contract without discussions.
