This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. • Quotation Contents: Must include Company Information (Unique Entity ID, Mailing Address, Contact Info), RFQ Number, Quote Number & Date, Proof of being an Authorized Dell Federal Reseller, and Pricing.

• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated on a "Lowest price - technically acceptable" basis. Technically unacceptable quotes will not be considered.

• Contractor Inquiries: Questions must be submitted via email to adam.lowery@bia.gov no later than 2:00 PM EST February 19, 2026.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

• Offerors must be authorized resellers of their quoted solution and have an active SAM.gov profile.

• The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DIAR clauses by reference. Key clauses include those related to TAA compliance, small business set-asides, and representations and certifications.

• Electronic invoicing and payment will be processed through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
