Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a valid CAGE Code.

• Export Controlled drawings may be utilized, requiring a valid DD Form 2345 certification.

• BPA Master Dollar Limit: $4,999,999.00 for five (5) years.

• BPA Call Limit: Individual calls will not exceed $250,000.00.

• Period of Performance: To be identified at the time of call.

• Offers must be submitted within one (1) business day of RFQ posting (or as specified in RFQ).

• Award will be made to the lowest priced offer received, unless otherwise stated in the RFQ.

• Evaluation terms will be included in the RFQ.

• Registration in SAM and a valid CAGE Code are required.

• Placement of a call to any offeror other than the low offeror requires Contracting Officer approval.

• Payment will be made via P-Card or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

• Fast Payment procedures are not authorized.

• Unpriced BPA calls are strictly prohibited.
