• This is a BPA for commercial items.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide NCNG Sanitization/Safety Rentals in support of operations/exercises in the general areas of Fort Bragg, NC and Camp Butner, NC.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for sanitization/safety rentals.

• Services include portable latrines, handwashing stations, grey water tanks, and light towers.

• Specific quantities and locations will be determined per BPA Call.

• Period of Performance: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2031.

• Place of Performance: General areas of Fort Bragg, NC and Camp Butner, NC.

• Quality Control (QC): Contractor must develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP).

• Quality Assurance (QA): Government will evaluate performance per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Installation Access & Security: Compliance with all applicable installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures is required. This includes background checks and potential personal identity verification.

• Awareness Training: AT Level 1 training is required for all contractor employees requiring access to Army installations.

• IWATCH Training: Briefing on local watch program and reporting suspicious activity is required.

• Physical Security: Contractor shall safeguard all Government property.

• Emergency Services: 24-hour response for repair/replacement is required.
