Justification
The government has determined, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, that KONE Felvono Kft is the only responsible source capable of supplying and installing elevators that are fully integrable with the building's existing KONE elevators and its proprietary controls and firmware.

However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement with clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide the required services. Responses must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of the publication date (by May 28, 2026).
