Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and resources to build, maintain, and execute rapid capability delivery through a secure and scalable agile software development framework. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering production-ready Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) within 30-90 days, followed by continuous enhancements.
  • Operating within an Agile framework aligned to Platform One's Program Increment planning cycles and leveraging DevSecOps principles with automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Developing secure and resilient self-service features/tools compliant with DoW Impact Levels 2, 4, and 5, maintaining zero trust security standards.
  • Maintaining existing tools and building new capabilities in conjunction with Platform One's mission.
  • Collaborating across Platform One Value Streams, managing dependencies, and providing regular reporting and demos.
  • Providing side-by-side mentorship to the Platform One Software Development Flight, including bi-weekly training sessions and monthly progress reports on Airmen's skill development.

Contract & Timeline

  • Type: Non-personnel services contract, to be solicited under a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) on the Platform One Solutions Marketplace (P1SM).
