The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2541-01-608-2953, 2541-01-608-2958, 2541-01-608-2973, and 2541-01-608-2980.
The FSCs for this requirement is 2541.
An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 2 (Two) year base and 3 (Three) options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years.
Solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business Set-Aside.

Offerors are advised that this procurement contains technical data that is classified at the SECRET level. To be eligible for award, offerors must possess a valid facility clearance and safeguarding capability at the same level. A DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be incorporated into the solicitation and resulting award.
All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery evaluation factors.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio USA, has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The determination of such consolidation will be included with the publication of the solicitation SPE7LX26R0017.
