The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC), located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to MedTox Diagnostics, Inc., UEI Number EWN2M7QF4BM5, for various urine, drug screening, etc. testing supplies to be ordered on an as needed basis for an integral part to multiple triage scenarios, including mentally altered patients, and prenatal screening for patient care services testing at the facility. Period of Performance shall be for a duration of one year; 02/01/2026 – 01/31/2026. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), MedTox Diagnostics, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient safety care for providing various testing at the facility.
This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
