Submission & Evaluation
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole-Source to the incumbent and is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, organizations that believe they can fulfill this requirement must submit:

- A capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to provide the described products and services, including evidence of capability to meet the attached draft Statement of Work.
Responses will be evaluated to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, though the Government's decision not to compete remains discretionary. NIST will not reimburse for any costs associated with providing capability information.
