Scope of Work
The program will consist of six online/virtual, self-paced courses, each designed for a maximum of 18 students. Courses must be accessible for two weeks after initial access, with all required materials provided electronically. Key deliverables include a dedicated NSWCCD program page with course details, progress reports for each student (A001), and completion certificates (A002). Instructors are required to be subject matter experts.

If a competitive procurement were to proceed, evaluation would be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), conformance to solicitation, fair and reasonable price, and overall advantage to the Government, with technical capability assessed against minimum requirements.
