The Forest Service (FS) has a need for a Performance Based Service Contract for Forest-Wide Trail Normal and Heavy Maintenance on the Allegheny National Forest. The contractor(s) shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits (when and if required), coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform trail normal and heavy tread maintenance, directly related to trail activities on the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. Such normal and heavy tread trail maintenance will occur primarily in the Spring and Fall seasonal months
