NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The 128th Air Refueling Wing Mission Support Contracting Office intends to award a Sole Source contract to AECOM Technical Services, Inc., 300 S Grand Avenue Floor 9 Los Angeles, CA 90071, for Code and Criteria Review along with an Option for Type C Services, see attached Sole Source Justification.
The authority for soliciting a single source is FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) - The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.
The proposed contract action is Sole Source only.
In accordance with FAR 5.102, the required justification documentation is attached.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 12:00 PM C.S.T, 10 December 2025. via email to mark.tonkinson.2@us.af.mil.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closed date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
