Scope of Work
This requirement covers the maintenance and repair of Government-owned Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) at multiple Naval installations: Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI), Naval Air Station Fallon (NASF), Naval Air Station Lemoore (NASL), and Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC). The contractor will provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services for:
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on VLMs.
- Provision of spare parts kits specific to each VLM model.
- Phone support during normal business hours (0700-1500 PST, M-F).
- First-Aid Training for designated staff.
- On-site CM response times: 1-3 calendar days for emergencies, 7-14 calendar days for non-emergencies.
