Market research confirmed no other commercial suppliers are authorized to perform maintenance or inspection on Action Target range systems. Action Target also confirmed they are the only source for replacement parts and factory-authorized service, and that using non-Action Target parts or service will void any remaining warranty.

Submissions must clearly demonstrate the ability to perform OEM-equivalent maintenance on Action Target systems, including proof of authorization to service proprietary Action Target components. The Government or AFGSC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. A determination by AFGSC not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
