This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing DLA Additional Furniture at Facility #30207, Area A, 5250 Pearson Rd, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433. The project will be awarded on a competitive basis using total project cost, with proposals based on product lines with Open Market/GSA/Sole Source.

• The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for the project, including hooking up Systems Furniture to building power.

• The contractor shall provide 30 days of storage.

• The contractor shall include an itemized quote for receiving, inspecting, delivering, and installing the product per the approved final design layout. Stair carry to the 2nd floor is required for typical/CLIN DM2.

• AutoCAD design hours for all phases of design (initial, revisions, and final) may be included.

• Design hours for in-person meetings, site visits, and field measurements may be included.

• Repair/replace flooring and ceiling where damaged during furniture installation, ensuring consistent finish levels.

• Provide overall 2D Floor Plan and 3D Image of each typical.

• Utilize the DAF Mandatory Carpet BPA vehicle for this project.

• Required product types include: Demountable Wall, Storage, Casework, Casegoods, and Flooring.

• All office/space finishes must be from the same manufacturer to maintain consistency.

• DM2: Architectural Demountable Wall (12'-0", Haworth-Enclose)

• PS2: Printer Storage, ODF, Mile Marker (Modular Cabinets)

• RD1: Reception Desk (15'-3" x 6'-7", Fixed Storage, Mobile Storage, Open Knee Space, MiniLocker/Wardrobes)

• OT1: Occasional Table (Round 24" diameter)

• FL2: Flooring (Rubber Base and Carpet Tiles)

To be completed no later than 120 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, material finish selection, furniture lead time, and installation.

• Contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specific furniture manufacturer proposed.

• Licensed electrician required for any electrical work.

• Contractor personnel must present a neat appearance and be easily recognized.

• Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, DoD, AF, and base requirements.

• Safety and environmental risk mitigation policies must be in place.

• A contract manager with full authority to act for the contractor must be designated.

• A Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

• Delivery requires adherence to base entry procedures, including specific documentation for vehicles and personnel.

• No receiving dock is available; trucks will need a lift gate.

• Passenger elevator is estimated to be functioning in June 2026.

• Removal of existing furniture is not required.
