3dB Labs, Inc. is identified as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the specialized hardware and the exclusive developer of the proprietary signal processing software used by this hardware. The company retains full proprietary rights to the software's source code, system architecture, and all related materials. Furthermore, 3dB Labs, Inc. has not authorized or certified any third-party vendors to provide the required training, making them the only source capable of fulfilling the agency's needs.
