Special Notice / Intent to Award Sole Source

This notice announces the Army Contracting Command's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Pitney Bowes, Inc. for a Package Tracking Software Update with Hardware. This includes maintenance and emergency repair services.

• Maintenance and emergency repair services, including new or equivalent parts.

• Contractor response time of five hours from time of request during normal business hours.

• Support and annual maintenance provided by Pitney Bowes, Inc.

• The contract will be for one base year and four option years.
