NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE VJETTS FURNITURE PHASE 2

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide new systems furniture, and potentially seating and marker boards, for the UCF Hyperspace Building at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division in Orlando, Florida.

• Phase 1: Purchase, ship, store, transport, and install new systems furniture, including all associated appurtenances. Furniture must match existing.

• Phase 2 (Optional): If requested by the government, purchase, ship, store, transport, and install seating and marker boards, including all associated appurtenances. Furniture must match existing.

• Location: UCF Hyperspace Building, 12905 Ingenuity Dr, Orlando, Florida 32826.

• Period of Performance: July 1, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for all phases.

• All work must be tested to be complete and usable.

• Daily cleanup is required to keep dust and noise levels to a minimum.

• Adherence to applicable federal, state, and local codes, including Unified Facility Criteria (UFC).

• Submittals: Within 7 calendar days after award, submit Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Statement of Nonuse of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Accident Prevention Plan, Work Schedule, Bonds and insurance, on-site worker information (Name, SSN, Citizenship), and standard drawings (ACAD LT 2012 and PDF).

• Safety: Comply with the latest revision of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "Safety and Health Requirements Manuals" (EM 385-1-1) and "Occupational Safety and Health Standards" (29 CFR 1910), including Lockout/Tagout procedures and Electrical Safety Code.

• Materials: Use only Contracting Officer approved parts or materials.

• Working Hours: To be coordinated with the Contracting Officer. Regular working hours will be an 8-hour period between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding Government holidays). No power disruptions are allowed during normal working hours. Power shall not be deenergized without at least 2 weeks' prior approval. No live electrical work is permitted.

• Personnel: All employees and subcontractors must obey applicable regulations. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required for site access. Some areas may require escort or security clearance.
