For Contract M67854-22-C-0025
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the maximum dollar value under Contract M67854-22-C-0025 with RADA Technologies, LLC 20511 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Ste 100, Germantown, MD, 20876-7003, for non-personal services for life cycle management support for the AN/TPS-59(V)3 Radar System. The maximum dollar value is being increased to fund the procurement of an updated Microsoft Windows 11 compliant software version to update all existing eCHRs, due to Windows 10 end of life and the associated Department of Defense Windows 11 migration mandate, as well as additional future updated software versions.
An initial synopsis was released on 12 January 2022; no valid written responses were received. On 17 September 2024, a separate synopsis was released for a Notice of Intent to increase the contract ceiling for Contract M67854-22-C-0025 via point change 1 to J&A 22072, which also yielded no valid responses.
This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation is available for competitive bidding; however interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. Any responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM, local time, 27 January 2026 to be considered. No telephonic requests will be accepted. All communications shall be in writing to the Contract Specialist, Natalia Bruno, and will only be used to consider whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proprietary information shall be clearly identified as such and will be protected.
