Scope of Work
The requirement is for secure and reliable, classified and unclassified, voice, messaging, video, and data telecommunications services to support U.S. Naval, Joint, and Coalition operating forces at NAVSTA Rota and other US Navy activities within the COMNAVACTS SPAIN area. Services include:
- Provision of standard commercial telecommunications services for official and unofficial users.
- Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) trunks (ISDN PRI) with number and long distance access, PSTN lines.
- Cable pair use and maintenance, fiber optic cable installation and maintenance.
- Telephone instruments, ISDN Basic Rate Interface (BRI) for Video Teleconferencing (VTC).
- Point-to-Point (PTP) and switched data circuits, and GPON service for Internet access.
- Moves, changes, and maintenance of wall plate locations, cross connects, instruments, and inside plant wiring.
- Depot level maintenance support for the base telephone system switching equipment. The period of performance for ordering is from June 25, 2026, to June 24, 2031.
