Evaluation
Expressions of Interest (EOI) must include an estimated Shell Rent and Operating Rent rate per ABOA. The Government will consider the availability of alternative space, relocation costs (physical move, tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, agency downtime), and economic advantage when making a determination.
