Scope of Work
NOAA utilizes the SAMM system for planning, documenting, and verifying maintenance and repair activities across its fleet. The contractor will provide engineering support services to maintain, develop, and update the SAMM system, including its integrated modules:
- SAMM System and Modules: Maintenance, development, and updates for the core SAMM system, Spare Parts Module, Ship Inspection Program, Vibration Monitoring System, Oil Analysis System, future SAMM Add-ons, Virtual Technical Library, Logbook, and Ship’s Log.
