Evaluation & Special Requirements
This presolicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties capable of providing the same service must submit technical data, including cost, to demonstrate their capability. The Government will consider these statements to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. Contractor personnel must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained and certified with a minimum of three (3) years of experience. Personnel also require AT Level I training, background checks for installation access, and iWATCH/Suspicious Activity Reporting Training.
