Services are to be performed in accordance with the Emerald Care 900MC Annual Service Plan as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key services include:
- Phone Support: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Business days.
- On-site Support: Visits within 3 business days of request.
- Preventative Maintenance: Performed at factory recommended intervals, including a kit.
- Priority Service Scheduling.
- Training: 50% discount on Operator Level 2 courses.
- Parts: Replacement of defective/worn machine parts (excluding consumables, but including PolyJet waste containers).
- Updates: Hardware and software updates/modifications as deemed necessary by Stratasys.
