This is not a solicitation. However, organizations believing they can furnish the required ANAM4 software are invited to submit a capability statement. Responses must include:
- Organization name, address, email, website, telephone, and business size/type.
- A tailored capability statement addressing specific requirements, with supporting documentation (e.g., product literature, technical specifications, prior similar deliveries).
- Description of administrative and management structure if significant subcontracting or teaming is proposed. Statements must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
Additional Notes
The Government will review all timely submissions to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. If no acceptable alternatives are identified, the Government intends to proceed with the sole-source award to Vista Partners, LLC. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 12.102.
