Sole Source Justification
The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to Raytheon Company under the authority of 10 U.S.C. §3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1(c)(2), citing "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Raytheon Company is identified as the original designer, developer, and producer of the AN/TPX-61(V)3 IFF interrogator, and the required support cannot be procured from any other source.
